Terms and Conditions
The framework of our service and professional commitment to your home.
Service Guarantee
We don't just clean; we restore. By using [[COMPANY_NAME]], you're agreeing to a bespoke restoration process governed by high artisan standards and strict safety protocols. How could we offer anything less for your valuable upholstery?
Liability & Risk
Every piece of fabric tells a story, and some stories involve aged fibres or hidden wear. We're meticulous, but pre-existing structural weaknesses in antique carpets are a reality of the trade. You'll find we prioritize transparency over everything else when assessing specialized fabric risks.
Bookings
Artistry takes time. Our scheduling terms ensure each client receives the focused attention their home deserves. Cancellations require 48 hours notice to respect our artisans' craft.
Detailed Terms of Engagement
Welcome to [[COMPANY_NAME]]. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services. By accessing our services, we assume you accept these terms in full. Don't continue to use our services if you don't accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Professional Assessment
Before any Renaissance-inspired renewal begins, our technicians perform a thorough inspection. We're looking for pre-existing damage, sensitive dyes, and structural integrity. Why is this vital? Because preservation is as important as cleaning. We reserve the right to decline cleaning specific items if we believe the risk of damage outweights the potential benefits.
2. Pre-existing Damage Liability
[[COMPANY_NAME]] shall not be held liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions disclosed or undisclosed during assessment. This includes, but isn't limited to, sun-fading, dry rot, pet urine contamination that has compromised backing glue, or previous improper cleaning attempts by third parties. Our techniques are gentle, but they can't reverse the passage of time on fragile fibres.
3. Payment and Access
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We require clear access to the areas designated for cleaning. While we're happy to move light furniture, we don't handle heavy electronics, pianos, or fragile antiques. Please ensure these are moved prior to our arrival to ensure a seamless experience.
4. Specialized Fabric Risks
Natural fibres like silk, wool, and certain velvets require specialized chemistry. While we're experts in these materials, the client acknowledges that these fabrics can behave unpredictably. Potential shrinkage (within industry tolerances) and texture changes are inherent risks in professional wet or dry cleaning of luxury textiles.
